Access is offered with the Microsoft Office Professional version and is already a part of most businesses software list. However despite already being there, many do not use Access simply because they do not know its power and usefulness.
An Access Database has a very small learning curve and can easily be learned because of the way it is designed. It follows suit of the other Microsoft Office products and offers many of the same features. The ease of Access also depends on how the specific database is designed.
